Leader | Multi-Portfolio | Tucson, AZ We're partnering with
ownership to find a dynamic, experienced Property Manager to lead a
large residential community in Tucson, Arizona. This is a true
leadership role — overseeing a team of 10 professionals across
leasing, maintenance, and administration — with full responsibility
for financial performance, operations, and resident experience. If

fit. What You'll Own: Financial & Operational Leadership Drive NOI
performance and manage operating budgets Oversee rent collection
and delinquency management Analyze market trends and recommend
pricing strategies Present monthly/quarterly financial reporting to
ownership Leasing & Resident Experience Maintain strong occupancy
through strategic leasing & marketing Oversee screening, renewals,
move-ins/move-outs Act as escalation point for resident concerns
Build a positive community experience to drive retention
Maintenance & Asset Oversight Coordinate repairs & preventative
maintenance programs Supervise contractors and service providers
Conduct inspections to protect asset value Ensure cost-effective
work order completion Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with
housing regulations Manage lease enforcement, notices, and
evictions Partner with legal counsel as needed Stay current on
landlord-tenant laws Owner Partnership Act as ownership's trusted
representative Advise on capital improvements & value-add
initiatives Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and
revenue What We're Looking For: 6 years of property management
experience Experience managing 100 unit portfolios Bachelor's
degree required Strong financial acumen Proficiency in Yardi, Rent
Manager, or similar platforms Strong leadership and communication
skills Salary- $80,000-$100,000 Onsite role.
