Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is
seeking a Payments Governance Analyst to join their team. As a
Payments Governance Analyst, you will be part of the Global Policy
& Standards (GPS) team supporting Payment Model Evaluation
initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical
skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Payments Governance Analyst Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $28
What's the Job? Support the interpretation and application of
global merchant acquisition and governance policies in line with
established guidelines Perform analytical assessments of new and
emerging payment models to evaluate merchant activities, risks, and
policy compliance Interpret assessment results using various
analytical techniques, including data aggregation, statistical
analysis, and AI-based tools Collaborate with business teams,
project leads, and control groups such as Risk, Compliance, and
Legal to gather requirements and ensure alignment Contribute to the
development and enhancement of analytical tools, documentation, and
business solutions supporting Payment Model Evaluation objectives
What's Needed? 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in payments,
governance, or related fields Strong attention to detail with
excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders across
functions Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word) Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for
