As an integral part of our sales force, you will utilize your expertise in the insurance sector to directly engage with customers and drive sales of insurance policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with clients to tailor insurance packages that meet their unique needs, utilize your in-depth knowledge of insurance products to provide informed and reliable advice, and help Afni, Inc. maintain its commitment to enhancing client satisfaction and business success. Proactively approach potential clients and conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all insurance products and services offered. Use effective communication techniques to build customer relationships and retain clients. Meet personal and team sales targets by executing sales strategies. Handle customer inquiries and overcome objections to secure sales. Complete administrative tasks, such as record keeping and policy documentation, in accordance with company guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to persuade and influence others Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers Strong organizational and time management skills Detailed knowledge of the insurance industry and its products Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed to sell insurance (as required by state regulations) Certifications in Sales and Marketing considered a plus
