potential, inbound calls! This role is on-site at our Tucson

position is for auto insurance or wireless sales, so you will be
handling mainly inbound calls from people looking to purchase auto
insurance OR wireless devices and services for businesses. You will
deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as
utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer
concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Those calls will require
processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records,
effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail. You can
