State Farm Agency Our established State Farm agency is seeking an
experienced Office Manager with prior State Farm agency experience.
This is a leadership-level role for a confident professional who
understands State Farm operations, enjoys working independently,
and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. Insurance
agency or brokerage experience is required. This role is not suited

experience working in a State Farm agent's office (required) • 3
years of State Farm agency experience preferred • Hands-on
experience with both sales and service • Confident using State Farm
systems and workflows • Active Property & Casualty License

working independently • Strong organizational and communication
skills • Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented Schedule & Work
Environment • In-office position • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
