Job Description:
Location Details: Tempe, Arizona, United States At GoDaddy the
future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in
the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work
remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work
entirely remotely. This is an in-office position. Youll be expected
to work full-time in our Tempe office. All relocations or changes
to your permanent work location are subject to prior review and
approval. Should a need to relocate arise during your tenure at
GoDaddy, please reach out to your manager for additional guidance.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska,
California, Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New
Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Seattle, WA or the Virgin
Islands. Compensation: As with many sales roles, our compensation
combines both an initial starting hourly rate ($17$22/hour) and the
opportunity to earn additional income through our variable
incentive plan. Employees working full-time start at an annualized
rate of $35,360 and depending on achievement, specific role and
team, those who meet 100% of target or more have historically
earned up to $150,000 when variable incentive compensation is
included. Schedule: This role may require working holidays,
evenings, and weekends. Join our team Your role on the Commerce
Sales Team is to proactively reach out to prospective and current
GoDaddy customers via outbound calls who are currently processing a
high volume of payments through another provider. As a commerce
sales specialist, you will educate and consult with them on the
many services now offered by GoDaddy, including but not limited to
Payments, Social, SEO, and Website Design. You will focus on
guiding merchants to the best fit for their business along with
identifying best practices. What you'll get to do Contact
prospective small business customers and existing GoDaddy customers
via outbound sales calls and email to uncover new opportunities.
Consult with customers about their business needs by matching
GoDaddy products and solutions to their commerce goals. Understand
and overcome objections through effective communication of GoDaddys
offerings. Build trust and communicate effectively while meeting
call quality and production standards. Meet sales metrics including
outbound dials, gross payment volume, and Net Promoter Score.
Research and resolve customer service questions of moderate
complexity. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales
cycle while maintaining accurate records. Your experience should
include Experience working at a Payments company or owning and/or
operating a small or midsize business. 3 years of outbound and/or
inbound sales experience in payments, fintech, or similar
industries. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work
experience. Ability to meet sales quotas while delivering a great
customer experience. Self-driven, disciplined work ethic with
motivation to drive revenue growth. Dynamic hunter mentality with a
drive to reach decision makers. Experience using CRM or customer
management software. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to
