Radians, a leading innovator in the manufacture of superior personal protective equipment (PPE), is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market share in the Western United States. This role is crucial in our mission to deliver safety solutions across industries, ensuring that every workplace can operate with the highest standards of safety and efficiency. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, cultivating and maintaining relationships with key accounts while pioneering new partnerships to enhance workplace safety. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the Western U.S. region. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth. Maintain relationships with key clients while developing new contacts. Manage and support the regional sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Coordinate with other departments to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. Prepare and manage the regional sales budget; monitor and control expenditures. Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and meetings to stay abreast of market conditions and competitive activities. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze sales statistics and translate results into better solutions Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar qualification is preferred Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards is beneficial
