GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Dependability

- Comfortable talking with customers about products and services

- Ability and willingness to learn sales skills

- Assists with floor moves, preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.

- Facilitates communication between customers and direct supervisor when needed.

- Assists Manager in solving store problems that effect store service and efficiency.

- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Uses reason.

- Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service.

- Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary from direct supervisor; Responds informatively to questions

- Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar corrections; able to read and interpret written information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regularly stands, walks, reaches, talks/listens, use hands. Occasionally sits, stoop/kneel. Frequently lifts/moves 75+ pounds.
