Starting Salary Depending on Experience and Qualifications
Under general supervision, ensures uniform enforcement of a wide
variety of codes, regulations and ordinances that impact
residential and non-residential properties. The senior specialist
performs the full range of technical, administrative,
investigative, documentation, field work and customer service
associated with the most complex Town Code enforcement
compliance.
The Senior Code Compliance Specialist is under the general
supervision of the Planning Division Manager. This class is
distinguished from journey-level specialist by senior-level work
with independent investigative authority, advanced conflict
resolution and complex problem solving.

The Town of Oro Valley has a council/manager form of government.
Six council members and the mayor are elected for four-year terms.
The town manager is appointed by town council. The Town of Oro

hours per week on a regular basis. (Part-time employees working at
least 20 hours per week may qualify for participation in the
