Inventory Control Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory
systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in inventory
management within the logistics sector, using advanced technology
to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role is crucial in
maintaining the balance between our operational requirements and
financial constraints, directly impacting our ability to serve
customers effectively and sustain our growth. Develop and implement
inventory control systems and processes to ensure accuracy and
efficiency. Oversee daily inventory operations, conducting regular
audits and generating timely reports. Collaborate with warehouse
and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess.
Train and manage inventory staff, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement. Utilize advanced analytics to forecast needs and plan
resource allocations effectively. Work closely with procurement and
supply chain teams to identify challenges and implement strategic
solutions to minimize shortages and surpluses. Ensure compliance
with industry standards and company policies regarding inventory
management. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g.,
SAP, Oracle) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
leadership and team management abilities Effective communication
and interpersonal skills Expertise in data analysis and performance
metrics Ability to strategize and implement policy effectively
