Job Description Job Description Shipping Receiving Specialist – Aerospace Industry Location: 480 N 54th St, Ste 8, Chandler, AZ 85226 Openings: 10 (Exclusive) Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: 8-month contract (likely extension or conversion) Pay Rate: $15/hour Interview Process: One and done Citizenship Requirement: Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Position Overview Our client in the aerospace industry is seeking Shipping Receiving Specialists to join their team in Chandler, AZ. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members and carriers to keep operations running smoothly. Candidates with prior experience as Warehouse Associates are a great fit for this role! Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage Handle shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain accurate records Package items and prepare them for delivery Track shipping and receiving supplies to ensure stock availability Collaborate with team members and carriers to resolve issues and maintain schedules Must-Have Qualifications Basic knowledge of shipping systems and inventory processes Responsible, reliable, and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Nice-to-Have Qualifications Forklift experience Apply today to join a leading aerospace team and gain valuable experience in logistics and operations!
