paralegal who is motivated to help lots of people, wants to learn

together. This position will prepare bankruptcy petitions,
schedules, and statements for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. It
will also occasionally assist with motions, responses, or other
pleadings in bankruptcy court. We have a fun, friendly, and
flexible work environment. Come join us! Compensation: $50,000 -
$60,000 yearly Responsibilities: - Hold client interviews to gather
information about their legal problems - Perform administrative
duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing
system organized, so all documents are readily accessible - Prepare
Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, and statements -
Draft motions, responses, and other legal pleadings - Assist
attorneys as needed with case issues Qualifications: - 3 years of
legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm
setting - Excellent organizational skills, and time-management
skills - Knowledge of legal software, case management, and
docketing programs - Excellent and empathetic verbal and written
