Job Description Job Description Job Title: ESS Account Specialist Job Description Join the rapidly growing Enterprise Special Services (ESS) team as an Account Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers utilizing inbound transportation services. The team is dedicated to driving innovation within transportation and logistics, and we continuously evaluate and improve our network's shipper processes. This role involves working directly with shippers to develop solutions and improve performance metrics. Responsibilities Monitor, verify, and present data daily. Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real-time. Identify root causes of transportation defects. Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers. Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers. Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls. Essential Skills Proficiency in account management and customer service. Strong skills in Excel. Problem-solving abilities, especially in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in logistics or supply chain preferred. Good relationship-building and organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Experience writing process improvement proposals. Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel and data navigation. Work Environment The team operates in a dynamic and supportive work environment, providing ample training for technical skills. There is a strong emphasis on interpersonal and organizational skills, with opportunities to work alongside top customers and potentially convert to a full-time position. The team is entirely remote. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
