Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a
13-week outpatient clinic assignment in Tempe, AZ, using InSync
EMR. Details - Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting located
in Tempe, AZ - AM shift, 8 hours per day - 13-week contract
Requirements - Current PT license required; compact license
accepted at start, but full Arizona state license must be obtained
during the assignment - Experience with InSync EMR preferred - SSN
required for consideration - 1 professional reference required for
consideration - License required if applicable Additional
Information - Candidates who have previously worked at this
facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated
for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a
