Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment Follow sanitation and safety guidelines Assist in the inspection of inventory, preparation, and storage of ingredients to ensure a high quality of meal production Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction Manage portions and control waste to maintain cost-effectiveness Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Strong understanding of food safety practices Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Time management and multitasking abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handlers Certificate preferred Certification from a culinary school is an asset, but not required
