This new Trauma Center is only one of two centers in Southern Arizona with two brand new trauma bays designed to support current trauma care equipment and procedures. The Center has 20 OR suites with a hybrid suite designed to support current trauma care equipment and procedures, 4 high acuity beds to support patients receiving trauma care, 8 bed Trauma ICU, 14 bed neuro ICU to support patients who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, and a 32 bed ICU to support patients receiving trauma care. Working the night shift, the Trauma ICU RN implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one (1) year experience as RN in a Trauma Center Licensed RN (compact able to convert to AZ licensure within 30 days of hire) or AZ license Minimum of Associates degree Enjoy a competitive base compensation with robust benefits, relocation, and retention bonus!
