Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide essential support and rehabilitation services to individuals with various physical disabilities and conditions. This role is crucial for enhancing patient mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall physical function. The Physical Therapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to implement effective treatment plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients in community-based settings. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Evaluate patient conditions based on physical assessments and health history. Develop and implement treatment plans that include appropriate therapies and activities. Conduct hands-on therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and manage pain. Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and routines. Administrative: Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation to track progress and treatment efficacy. Collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust treatments as necessary. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred. Must hold a current license to practice physical therapy. Strong foundation in physical therapy principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Basic computer and internet literacy for maintaining electronic health records. Previous experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
