Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate a multidisciplinary approach towards patient treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients’ status. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration measures. Administrate medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with care plans. Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate medical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Efficient time management and prioritization Capacity for empathy and compassion Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
