skilled and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum
of 5 years of hands-on experience in cardiology and a passion for
delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive assessments of cardiac patients, including medical
history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the
cardiology team, including medication management, lifestyle
modifications, and patient education. Provide ongoing monitoring
and management of cardiac conditions, including follow-up visits
and medication adjustments. Educate patients and their families
about heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes. Requirements:
Current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in
AZ. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
specializing in Cardiology (ANCC or AACN). Minimum of 5 years of
clinical experience in cardiology. Strong clinical assessment and
diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous
