Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends) Location: 5532 E Grant
Rd Summary: As a Direct Support Personnel, you’ll support adults in
a day treatment program by helping with daily living needs,
ensuring safety, and assisting with transportation and activities.
You’ll follow individualized care plans, keep accurate
documentation, and maintain a clean, respectful environment.

hygiene, meals, medications, and daily routines. Drive members to
appointments and activities. (training provided) Maintain a clean,
safe, and organized environment. Follow care plans and accurately
document daily progress. Support residents emotionally and
physically. Attend required training and keep certifications
current. Being flexible in hours worked in order to assist with

Must be 18 . 21 with a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving
record (Driver Only). High school diploma or GED. Class 1
fingerprint clearance card. Able to pass background checks and
obtain required certifications. Reliable transportation and
flexible to cover shifts as needed.High School or Equivalent
Flexible hours to work times as well as work locations to assist
with staff coverage if needed
