Job Summary: The Orthopedic Spine Surgeon is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating spinal disorders through both surgical and nonsurgical methods. The role involves working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on patient outcomes, surgical excellence, and long-term spinal health. The surgeon will perform advanced spinal procedures, manage pre- and post-operative care, and contribute to the overall success of the spine program. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a range of spinal conditions including disc herniations, deformities, fractures, and degenerative disorders Perform complex and minimally invasive spinal surgeries, including multilevel fusions Evaluate patients in clinic through imaging review, physical assessments, and consultation Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with APPs and therapy teams Participate in a 1:3 call schedule for your own patients with PA triage support Monitor post-operative recovery and adjust care plans as necessary Stay current with advancements in spinal surgery through continuing education Contribute to research initiatives and clinical improvement programs when possible Maintain compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards of care Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship-Trained in Spine Surgery Active Arizona MD or DO License (or ability to obtain) If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
