Full-time, On-site Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced
and dedicated Caregiver / Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join
our team in an assisted living community in Arizona. This role
requires a strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills,
and a passion for providing high-quality care in a supportive and

Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Ensure
that medication administration complies with all relevant federal,
state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date
documentation for all medications, treatment plans, and related
activities, following all legal and regulatory requirements. Assist
with preparing for and responding to audits or inspections by
regulatory agencies, ensuring full compliance with all safety and
medication handling procedures. Qualifications: Education and
Certification: High school diploma or equivalent (required). CPR
and First Aid certification (required). Current Certified Arizona
Caregiver Certification issued from the AZ Board of nursing
(required). Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a
Caregiver / Medication Technician, preferably in an assisted living
or long-term care environment. Experience with medication
administration, resident care, documentation, and regulatory
compliance in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of Arizona’s assisted
living regulations and best practices for medication management and
care. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and
organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick
decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive
information with discretion and confidentiality. Compassionate and
patient, with a dedication to providing quality care for residents.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements: This position involves
working in a residential assisted living facility, with regular
interaction with residents and staff. Physical tasks may include
bending, lifting, and assisting residents with mobility as needed.
The position may require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday
shifts to ensure the facility is properly staffed and residents’
