Job Title CHS Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) / Emergency Dept City/State: Tucson, Arizona Shift: Nights, 19:00-07:30 Contract Length: 12.00-3,91 Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: Clinical Coaches are stationed on the Unit. Leadership visibility and presence are important as the first level of escalation to resolve issues that impact safe operations and to reinforce and build accountability by providing real-time feedback. Ensures daily readiness. Responsibilities: Staff and Patient Rounding Resolve Pyxis Discrepancies (2nd level) Address any barriers to room assignment and escalate issues to ED Leadership Address any barriers to following staffing plan and escalate issues to ED Leadership Support ED Charge in completing daily productivity management sheet Address equipment/medical/supply issues impacting care in the ED Ensure sepsis workflow is followed through Provide real-time coaching to staff Perform chart review and audits during admin shift Requirements: 2 years of experience Experience with Cerner EMR Must be willing to float Preferably charge nurse experience on day shifts Travelers are required to work 6 weekend shifts in the contract period 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Constantly adapting to new environments and healthcare facilities challenges you to expand your knowledge and skills.
