ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Oro Valley, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Work night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • 36 hours guaranteed per week • Rotating weekend schedule • 2 years of Emergency Department experience required • Required to float to Marana ED location and between sister facilities including Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita • Must have Arizona nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications • Must have Cerner experience • Preferred certifications: TNCC or CPI, NIH • Provide nursing care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the nursing process • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care delivery • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel • Deliver safe patient care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies Facility: This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive healthcare network with multiple emergency department locations throughout the region.
