160, Oro Valley, AZ 85737 Salary Range: $83,000-$100,000 How
ProActive Physical Therapy Supports You: Up to a $10,000 Sign on
Bonus! Weekly Bonus based on Patient Volume! LIFT (Loan Incentive
for Therapists) program – eligible clinicians may receive up to
$25,000 in student loan repayment, paid directly to the lender.

Qualifications: Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in
good standing in State of Arizona or ability to obtain a DPT
license. Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are
encouraged to apply. Students are encouraged to apply ahead of
