Job Description:
The Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and
treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services.
Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing,
evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs;
communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in
discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education;
participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement;
pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
This is a Part-Time Traveler position. Shift is 730a-4pm 3 days per
week or 4 days per week 6 hours/day: 10:30-4:30pm. 13-week
contract, 24 hrs. Guaranteed, AZ License, BLS, SLP-CCC with
experience with modified barium swallow studies, 2+ years of acute
and SNF experience and Cerner EMR experience is preferred.
