immediate need for a Program Operations Manager (POM) for our
Production and Sustainment/and Development business to be located
onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This role is part of the Program
Leadership team supporting daily / weekly standups on executing the
goals of the program. The successful candidate will be responsible
for the details of the program contract(s) and flow that
information to the factories (Strategic Make Centers, SMCs), for
planning and execution. This includes loading MRP with missile
deliveries, subassemblies and piece parts. The successful candidate
will be the key point of contact from the program to the factories
to communicate requirements and priorities as well as support
constraint management making the factories successful in executing
program needs. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and
experience necessary to perform in technical, programmatic, and
manufacturing leadership roles. Examples include performing
transition to production activities, Manufacturing Readiness
Assessments (MRAs), and understanding factory performance from On
Time Deliveries (OTD) to meeting Hour Per Unit (HPU) goals. Results
will be accomplished through leading, influencing and briefing all
levels of the organization, including internal and external
customers. This position involves direct support of manufacturing
activities, partnership with Program Operations program peers
supporting the various pillars on a large portfolio and requires
spending significant amounts of time in and around factory areas.
The preferred candidate must be capable of working beyond the
typical 40-hour work week, travel domestically and move between
buildings and local facilities. What You Will Do: Responsible for
all operations team cost, schedule, and quality Manage the
coordination and execution of manufacturing schedules with Global
Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering and other
functional areas to support on time delivery Support Manufacturing
Operations strategy and utilize CORE best practices Coordinate
Operations bids for new factory-facing proposals Interface with
internal and external customers to understand needs and issues,
ensuring the customers receive satisfactory standards of service
Define clear operational schedules, priorities & goals for each
Strategic Make Center Qualifications You Must Have: Typically
requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum
8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a
related field and minimum 5 years experience Analytical and
technical experience solving complex problems in a manufacturing
environment. Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise
resource planning system (PRISM), including having the capability
and expertise to execute in this system. Experience managing
support plans and maintaining schedule in a cross-functional,
matrixed environment Experience with Manufacturing Data Products
and Manufacturing Systems as a whole to execute a contract
(Contract Award, Integrated Contracts Management System (ICMS),
Materiel Requirements Planning (MRP), Work Instructions, Test
Instructions, Effectivities, Common As Built System (CABS) , and
DD250 process). Qualifications We Prefer: Previous program/factory
manufacturing experience in a Department of Defense contracting
environment Experience with test solution development and
associated capital planning Knowledge of the IPDS (Integrated
Product Development System) and associated Gate activities
Experience with Raytheon defense product structures and product
technical details Experience with proposals, Basis of Estimates

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
