Onsite Senior Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to serve within the
Precision Fires and Maneuver team. The PQE will support Engineering
and Manufacturing Development (EMD) as well as production contracts
ensuring that program goals are accomplished while staying
compliant to AS9100 requirements. The successful candidate of
Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) Professionals will help
safeguard the effective integration and implementation of RTX
processes and procedures within the constraints of Raytheon Command
Media. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic mindset and the
ability to influence peers and offer creative results to complex
challenges that arise during the planning and implementation phases
of development and production. The candidate will collaborate
closely with all cross-functional teams including systems,
electrical, mechanical, operations, supply chain, and systems
integration and test to guarantee that mission goals and
contractual requirements have been met. This position is an onsite
role in Tucson, AZ . What You Will Do : Serve as a member of the
TOW Program team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver
conforming products/services through effective collaboration and
compliance to processes and procedures. Drive integration and
implementation of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to
quality and customer requirements per the program quality plan.
Serve as a program quality liaison across customer organizations
(Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and United States
Government (USG)), as well as relevant factories and engineering
labs as first responder for quality issues and concerns related to
development and production products. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams and partner with program management to
define and implement quality improvement strategies. Support
supplier quality and supplier engineering efforts to help ensure
compliance to the supplier program quality plan. Review and approve
changes to the technical data package, assign actions when
necessary and complete actions in a timely manner when assigned.
This includes but is not limited to: Peer reviews, Engineering
Review/Change Control Board (ERB/CCB) and/or Design reviews. Ensure
all development hardware (Engineering, Proof of Design and Proof of
Manufacturing) are appropriately documented in the quality history
records and align to quality and customer requirements per the
program quality plan. Qualification You Must Have : Typically
requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant
experience. Working experience with Quality Management Systems, to
include ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9102. Working experience
overseeing teams in failure and root cause analysis (RCA),
corrective and preventative actions. Working experience
interpreting technical drawings. Working experience with technical
data package review (TDP) and document repository. The ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is
required prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We
Prefer : American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification and/or
Program Management Certification. Experience with Customer Oriented
Results and Excellence (CORE) or another Continuous Improvement
Program. Working experience using resources such as 5S, RCA,
Process Mapping/Analysis, Lean Six Sigma (6Sigma). Experience with
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)/AS9145 and utilizing
resources such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Key
Characteristics, Design Failure Modes, and Effects Analysis
(DFMEA), Production Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
and/or Control Plans. Experience in First Article Inspections per
AS9102 Experience with Configuration Control System such as Common
Product Data Management (cPDM) and/or Common As-Built System
(CABS). Experience Reviewing Statement of Work (SOW), Supplier
Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), Knowledge of Purchase Order
Quality Requirements (Q-Notes, STAMP). Experience presenting,
reviewing and/or approving changes through a formal Change Control
Board (CCB). Experience comprehending and translating system
requirements as well as contractual requirements to ensure full
compliance is flowed down through product, assembly, and test
documentation. Experience working as an individual contributor and
in a dynamic team environment. Experience working with customers,

remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
