SE&TC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers.The Principal Systems Engineer – Systems Engineering Lead is a technical leadership role contributing directly to the requirements development and decomposition of complex system and subsystems as well as developing the verification approach. The Coyote Block 2C-Navy program is a rapid development program integrating Coyote Block 2C and associated launch systems onto US Navy ships.What You Will Do: You will communicate to the Systems IPTL, Lead Systems Engineer, and Program leadership to provide team status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed.You will develop system and subsystem requirements for complex systems by collaborating with several IPTLs and SMEs to obtain necessary design information.Provide SE technical expertise in development, integration, troubleshooting and failure investigationsLead technical discussions, and formulate plans of action by leveraging company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplinesQualifications You Must Have: Typically requires Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experienceExperience performing requirements definition, decomposition, and changesActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
