Job Description Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Each day, this role oversees electrical maintenance personnel, ensuring safety, equipment reliability, and product quality. The supervisor plans and tracks maintenance activities, coordinates projects and outages, and works closely with operations to improve process efficiency. They train and develop team members while managing maintenance costs and monitoring task schedules. The role also involves troubleshooting, guiding continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating with contractors to execute technical work. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must Haves: • Supervisor, lead or managerial experience in a manufacturing setting • Electrical systems knowledge of PLC, VFDs and Power Distribution • Proven Troubleshooting experience • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Plusses: • Experience in Aluminum or Steel industrial manufacturing environment: working with Metals. • Project Management experience Company Description Insight Global isn’t just a staffing company.
