Vision Benefits Work Arrangement: Onsite Job Overview: We are
seeking a motivated, hands-on Systems Engineer with experience
working on electro-mechanical devices. In this onsite role, you
will apply advanced knowledge of design principles, system
integration, and product development across complex engineering
assignments. Key Responsibilities: Generate design concepts and
participate in design reviews. Develop and execute testing
procedures to evaluate performance against design specifications.
Conduct reliability testing and assess system-level interactions.
Make independent engineering decisions and provide technical
recommendations. Support the development of manufacturing
processes. Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis to identify
and implement engineering solutions. Required Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated expertise with path lab technologies. Proficiency in
CAD software, including SolidWorks. Proven ability to write and
execute laboratory and engineering testing protocols. Strong
communication and collaboration skills; proactive and self-driven
work style. Strong capacity for innovation, creativity, and process
optimization. Education & Experience Bachelors degree in
Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred). 25 years of
