Job Description Job Description Description: Department: Operational Job Status: Part Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Director of Operations Work Schedule: As needed Positions Supervised: None POSITION SUMMARY General assistance with the flight school. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions: Move aircraft on the ground Coordinate with flight dispatchers to have aircraft moved in and out of the hangar in preparation for flights Wash and clean aircraft interiors/exteriors Assist in general upkeep and cleaning of flight school facilities Assist with setup and tear-down of flight school events Assist with any projects assigned by the Operations manager Grounds keeping / yard work POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competencies: Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs regularly Ability to work outdoors year round Friendly and cooperative Ability to work independently Detail oriented SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: N/A Experience: N/A; Entry level Requirements:
