Job Description:
GEICO, a leader in the auto insurance industry, is seeking a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative passionate about helping
our diverse clientele. This role requires fluency in both English
and another language, aiming to facilitate clearer and more
personalized service. The ideal candidate will support GEICO's
commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction by efficiently
resolving issues, maintaining high customer service standards, and
promoting our wide range of insurance products. Respond to customer
inquiries in English and another specified language, providing
accurate information on products and services. Handle complaints
and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time
limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Manage large amounts of
incoming calls and maintain customer satisfaction. Identify and
assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and promote GEICO's
insurance products. Keep records of customer interactions, process
customer accounts, and file documents. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in both English and a second language. Strong
phone handling skills and active listening abilities. Customer
orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of
characters. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Medical

Certifications in customer service management or related fields are
beneficial but not required.
