Explain insurance products and policy details to both English and Spanish-speaking customers. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processes, and transactions. Assist in customer retention and generate new business through exceptional service and persuasive communication skills.
