We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Polestar Scottsdale team. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs in a courteous and efficient manner Clearly explain service recommendations and repair orders Coordinate vehicle service with technicians and ensure timely completion Maintain regular communication with customers regarding status updates Upsell additional service offerings when appropriate, maintaining transparency and trust Process repair orders, invoices, and collect payments accurately Foster long-term customer relationships and uphold the Polestar brand standard Collaborate with service team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry Knowledge of electric vehicles and EV service protocols is a plus Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills High level of professionalism and attention to detail Proficient in DMS and service scheduling software Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Join Courtesy Automotive Group?
